Belnap-Dunn Semantics for the Variants of BN4 and E4 which Contain Routley and Meyer’s Logic B
The logics BN4 and E4 can be considered as the 4-valued logics of the relevant conditional and (relevant) entailment, respectively. The logic BN4 was developed by Brady in 1982 and the logic E4 by Robles and Méndez in 2016. The aim of this paper is to investigate the implicative variants (of both systems) which contain Routley and Meyer’s logic B and endow them with a Belnap-Dunn type bivalent semantics

Six interesting variants of the logics BN4 and E4—which can be considered as the 4-valued logics of the relevant conditional and (relevant) entailment, respectively—were previously developed in the literature. All these systems are related to the family of relevant logics and contain Routley and Meyer's basic logic B, which is well-known to be specifically associated with the ternary relational semantics. The aim of this paper is to develop reduced general Routley-Meyer semantics for them. Strong soundness and completeness theorems are proved for each one of the logics
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LEVEL OF EDUCATION, ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AND JOB SATISFACTION: AN ANALYSIS IN HOTEL ESTABLISHMENTS IN ANDALUSIA (SPAIN)
Nisu svi zaposlenici sposobni generirati vještine i resurse kojima bi se ostvarila organizacijska produktivnost. Samo su kvalificirani ljudski resursi (HR), prepo¬znati i odani politici tvrtke, dio organizacijskih kompetencija. Stoga su čimbenici zadovoljstva zapo¬slenika radom te predanost tvrtki dvije ključne varijable koje moramo analizirati kako bismo ispravno procijenili i pravilno upravljali ljudskim kapitalom tvrtke. Posebno se velika važnost pridaje vrijed¬nosti obrazovanja zaposlenika u svjetlu konkurentnosti turizma, što je u skladu s pretpostavkom kako stupanj obrazovanja zaposlenika izravno utječe na kvalitetu turističkih usluga. Cilj je ovog članka analizirati zadovoljstvo radnim mjestom i organizacijske obveze zaposlenika hotelskih kuća u Andaluziji (Španjolska), destinaciji čija je nesumnjiva konkurentska važnost u turi¬zmu neupitna. Pronađene su evidentne razlike u stupnju obrazovanja zaposlenika, tako da rezultati svakako ohrabruju odjele upravljanja ljudskim resursima na identifikaciju, održavanje i razvoj resursa i potencijalnih sposobnosti njihovog ljudskog kapitala.Not all employees are capable of generating skills and resources that may result in organizational productivity. Only qualified Human Resources, identified and committed to the company policy, are a part of the organization\u27s competences. Therefore, elements like the worker\u27s job satisfaction or the organizational commitment are two fundamental variables that need to be analyzed for the measurement and correct management of the company\u27s human capital. Further¬more, the importance that the value of the workers\u27 education presents towards competitiveness in tourism is highlighted since it is assumed that staff education is directly related to the quality of tourist service. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship among educational level, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of the employees of the hotel establishments in Andalusia (Spain), a destination of undeniable competitive significance in tourism. Evident differences were found among the level of education of workers, so the results have to encourage the human resources management to identify, maintain, and develop the resources and potential capabilities of their human capital
Veinte años de producción científica en psicología en la Universidad Católica de Colombia: análisis bibliométrico de la investigación publicada (1983 - 2002)
Se presenta un detallado análisis bibliométrico de los artículos producto de la actividad
científica de la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Católica de Colombia publicados
desde 1983 hasta el 2002. Se revisaron las tres principales bases de datos Psicodoc, PsycInfo,
PsycLit, además de una revisión directa en revistas de Psicología y Ciencias afines. A
partir de los artículos encontrados se construyó una base de datos, que incluía autor o
autores, otras instituciones con quien se publicó, áreas de investigación, lugar de
publicación, tipo de publicación, modalidad y fuente donde fue encontrado. En resumen se encontró lo siguiente: setenta y dos artículos en catorce revistas, nueve de ellas
internacionales y cinco nacionales, de las cuales en aproximadamente once de las catorce,
es decir, el 78.57% se encuentra incluida en alguna base de datos o índice internacional,
sin embargo un 79.16% de los artículos encontrados se encuentran concentrados en revistas
nacionales, y solo el 20.83% en las internacionales. Un 43% de los artículos fueron escritos
por mas de un autor lo que muestra una importante producción en grupo y el 57 % es
producto de actividad individual y por autores que no repitieron, es importante también
reseñar que algunos autores jalonan la producción general, es así como cinco autores
concentran el 35 % del total el 65% restante escribió entre uno y dos artículos el área de
mayor trabajo es la clínica seguida por la básica y la educativa y el 71 % de la misma se
concentra en los últimos cinco años y aquí es claro el papel tan relevante que ha tenido la
publicación de la revista en la producción de artículos el 51 % se han publicado en Acta
Colombiana De Psicología.A detailed bibliometric analysis is presented of the articles product of the scientific activity
of the Psychology Department at the Catholic University between 1983 to 2002. In this
order the Psicodoc, PsycInfo, PsycLit databases were revised, besides other psychological
and related science journals. The collected data included for each article: author (s), other
institution that supported, year, place, type of publication, modality and source where was
found. The results showed: The production of 72 published articles in 14 journal (nine
international and five Colombian), of which in approximately eleven of the fourteen, that
is to say, the 78.6% is found included in data base or international index, nevertheless 79%
of the articles found are concentrated in colombian journals, and 20.83% in the international
journals. 43% of the articles were written by but of an author what shows an important
production in group and 57% is individual product of activity and by authors that did
not repeat. Is important also show that some authors mark the general production, is as
well as five authors concentrate 35% of the total. 65% remainder wrote between one and
two articles. Finally, the most production areas, in order, were clinical, basic and educative.
and 71% of the same one concentrates on the last five years and here is clear the so
prominent role that has had the publication of the magazine in the production of articles

Una experiencia piloto de aplicación del inglés en los estudios de Turismo y Empresariales de la Universidad de Córdoba
El coneixement de la llengua anglesa és bàsica en qualsevol titulació universitària, amb molta importància en els estudis de Turisme i Empresarials. Durant els cursos 2007-08 i 2008-2009 s’ha realitzat una experiència pilot en diferents assignatures d’ambdues titulacions amb l’objectiu de que els estudiants comprenguin la importància de l’anglès com element bàsic en la seva carrera professional. Per aquest motiu, i utilitzant la plataforma Moodle, s’ha construït una experiència on l’alumnat ha desenvolupat diferents activitats emmarcades en diferents nivells d’aprenentatge de l’ idioma. L’objectiu és que paulatinament s’arribés a conèixer, assimilar i definir en anglès els conceptes més importants relacionats amb els continguts acadèmics vistos en les assignatures.The knowledge of the English language is essential in any university degree, especially in Tourism and Business Studies. During courses 2007-08 and 2008-2009 we have carried out a pilot experience in several subjects of both degrees in order that students understand the importance of English as a basic element in their professional future. We have used the platform Moodle to design an experience where the student has developed different activities classified in several learning levels. The objective is that step by step they acquire, assimilate and define in English the most important concepts related to the academic contents of their subjects.El conocimiento del idioma inglés es básico en cualquier titulación universitaria, con más importancia si cabe en los estudios en Turismo y Empresariales. Summer diet of cattle grazing in lenga forests (Nothofagus pumilio) and flood meadows of Chubut, Argentina
Se determinó la composición de la dieta
de verano de bovinos pastoreando en sistemas
formados por bosques de Nothofagus pumilio
(lenga) y mallines, del noroeste del Chubut. Se
estimó la disponibilidad forrajera de los mallines
y del sotobosque mediante cortes de biomasa
aérea, y se determinó la composición dietaria
mediante análisis microhistológico de heces. La
dieta está integrada principalmente por especies
de gramíneas y graminoides, que disminuyeron
su frecuencia al final del verano, mientras que los
renovales de lenga y otras especies leñosas la
aumentaron. El ganado selecciona gramíneas en
ambos períodos, y al final del verano también los
renovales de lenga. La ganadería constituye una
importante y creciente forma de subsistencia para
los pobladores rurales del noroeste del Chubut.
Este trabajo aporta elementos para avanzar en
la búsqueda de herramientas que permitan la
sustentabilidad de los bosques de lenga.Summer diet composition of cattle grazing
in systems formed by Nothofagus pumilio forests
(lenga) and flood meadows, in Northwest of
Chubut, was determined. Forage availability in
flood meadows and understory were estimated
by cutting aboveground biomass. Cattle diet
composition was assessed using faeces
microhistological analysis. Diet consisted mainly
of Poaceae and Cyperaceae species, which
decreased in frequency at the end of summer
grazing, on the other hand, frequency of woody
species including lenga saplings, increased at
the same period. Cattle selected grass species
in both periods, and also lenga saplings in
the end of summer. Livestock is an important
economic activity for the inhabitants of the
region. This paper provides information that can
be for the elaboration of guideline for sustainable

BIM and 3D impression
This research is the result of work carried out by the PIE-DIBARQ Group of Educational Innovation ETSEM-UPM during the 2016-2017 courses in its effort to implement a methodology adapted to the new requirements of European Convergence in Higher Education through the use of new technologies and the introduction to them for the students.
Nowadays we are not only teaching conventional techniques, but they´re trying, at least experimentally, to show each student more innovative ways in Architectural Representation. This is the case of the use of computers, and the new language BIM. We are not only referring to the computer-assisted instruction, where the teacher is developing several experimental units as fixing the theoretical concepts taught, but also to the use and knowledge of the computer as an element used by the professional as a graphic expression of their ideas, or studies.
Although the concept of 3D printer has its origin in the 80’s it is now taking more and more strength, and it is already starting to be used in many industries. The future of 3D printers is promising and from 2014 we begun to be more familiar with them and for sure we will get better printer with a lower prices.
The 3D printer is considered by the European Space Agency (ESA) as a pioneering invention of the Third Industrial Revolution, as the steam engine and the internal combustion engine were once. The ability to print anything we have in our computer modelling before is a real change in our conception of production, being classified by experts as disruptive technology more powerful than the Internet itself. If it was possible to print parts for spaceships, food and even human organs, the range of possibilities expands the conception of a giant 3D printer in 24 hours can build a house of more than 200 square meters.
Although this is the future of printing the truth it is that when one starts to learn seriously about a 3D printer, discovers with some frustration that the information accessible is rather fanciful. Much is written about the potential of these machines, and we found images of beautiful sculptures of impossible shapes, jewellery or accessories that seem to be taken from a workshop of professional jewellery.
